Set up your workspace
EPV Capture is built for agencies. Every capture is signed by the person who filmed it — that identity is part of the evidence.

About & settings
EPV Capture · prototype build 0.4 · evidence-first property capture.
How it works
1 · Prepare — build the room list, clear the property checklist.
2 · Capture — film each room with live pace guidance; certify the scan loop first.
3 · Package — generate the evidence pack; processing validates it before anything is spent.
4 · Deliver — the film, the flythrough, and the Certificate of Observed Provenance.
Terms of service — DRAFT, not yet in force
Draft for solicitor review. No commercial use until reviewed and versioned.

1. EPV produces property media exclusively from footage the operator captures; no imagery is generated or invented.
2. Deliverables depict only surfaces observed by the camera; regions excluded by the coverage contract are listed, never filled in.
3. Where capture evidence is insufficient, EPV excludes and reports rather than approximates (recapture terms per the service agreement).
4. The agent remains responsible for listing accuracy and for lawful capture consent at the property.
5. Failure terms, refunds and recapture limits per the EPV service agreement (v0 defaults: recapture limit 2; EPV-failure = full refund).
Privacy — DRAFT, not yet in force
Draft for solicitor review (UK GDPR).

• In this prototype, all session data stays on this device; nothing is transmitted.
• In service: capture footage is processed to produce the deliverables and retained per the service agreement; the agent is data controller, EPV processor (DPA provided).
• The capture protocol requires a privacy sweep before recording (documents, screens, reflections, personal items).
• Location and device metadata are stripped from every deliverable.
Workspace
Security
Service posture: TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, per-org tenancy isolation, signed upload URLs, server-side audit trail, DSAR export/delete endpoints. Documented in the security architecture.
Pipeline connection
With this set, Status polls the live pipeline every 30s. Token stays in this device's storage.
